5120x1140, how does it okay with hack into AB?

I’ve read some problems about connecting 49” screens with 5120x1440-resolution to mac. It seems that either the hardware or macOS doesn’t support it.

I’ve a RX580 and I’m interested in Samsung C49RG90.

I’ve read that switchresX doesn’t help, and that the text can be blurry toward the edges.
