Can my PC run Mac OS?

My specs are:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
AMD Radeon (TM) R7 370 Series
16GB DDR3 RAM
MSI H81M-E33 Motherboard

I'm just curious since I'm thinking about building a Hackintosh, so I wanna see if my current PC can do the trick or if I need to build a new one
