What's best setup for Xcode?

Hi all

I have a question about best components for Xcode. I have some experience with hackintoshing. At this moment I'm on Catalina stable on Gigabyte Z370N wifi + i5 8600k + 16GB RAM + RX560. I'm thinking of upgrading, but was wondering what's most important for Xcode (not professional, I'm a hobbyist).

CPU : Is a processor with hyper threading a plus (i7 8700 or i9 9900), or not worth the price

RAM : would 32GB give a significant difference over 16GB or not

GPU : what's the importance of the GPU, just for compiling.

Other things to keep in mind ???
