EFI Folder

So I'm currently using Virtual Box to run a Mac so I could install the Catalina Boot Media and Clover. After running the Clover installer thing, I ended up with a file called EFI on my desktop and EFI Backup in my USB Folder. I installed my kexts into the EFI Folder, but now I don't know what do. Do I put the EFI Folder into the backup folder, or do I put it straight into the USB Folder? Or do I just leave it on the desktop and take out the USB? Thanks
