[HELP] 2016 XPS 13 9350 i5 8GB RAM 1080 FHD

I am trying to install MacOS onto my laptop. The specs are as follows: Intel Core i5 6200U 2.30 GHz Processor, 8 GB LPDDR3 RAM, 256 GB Hard Drive, Windows 10.

I have tried using this guide and multiple others such as:

All with failure. The problem seems to be a constant "attempting to restart" loop, or getting stuck at "Busy Timeout(240s): IntelFBClientControl" with nothing else I can do.

I have set the BIOS setting accordingly based on what is recommended from the "Installation Guide" section.

I am new to hackintoshing so I am not sure how to do it myself so I rely on tutorials that appear to have not been created for my machine and Mojave.
