Memory Kernel Panic

Hello all,I'm trying to install Catalina on my desktop and it keeps coming up within memory panic stackshot succeeded

The build is:

- i7-8700

-gigabyte h370N

- no GPU

- NVME SSD

-32gb of ram

I don't know why this is happening and it is frustrating
