[Request] Permition to access the book on gitbook.io which is all about dule booting.

I heard if I wanted to dule boot windows on my hackintosh, rather than using bootcamp, just manually partition the disc with disc utility, and then install windows normally on the drive. Is there anything which must be done before this? Also, how would I boot into windows and or macOS? I am blind so some detail would be very much appreciated, e.g. What arrows to press in clover to boot into MacOS. The book would be nice to access too just in case there are many other things that must be done, like kexts to grab, config files to mod, etc.
