Monitor - 3 of them but only want to have one for now on the hackintosh

I followed the vanilla guide https://hackintosh.gitbook.io/-r-hackintosh-vanilla-desktop-guide/, downloaded catalina and installed clover onto the usb and copied over the kext. Event though it is Sandy Bridge, I followed https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/8dj7gu/using_clover_configurator_with_sandy_bridge_help_3/

I removed the GTX1660TI from my mobo, removed all non-important hdd, keeping only my windows ssd and another ssd to install it on. Connected only one monitor on the GT 710.

My issue, which I believe is very basic but I can't seem to find an answer. When booting up, I went into bios and load default settings, then chose the UEFI from my kingston USB which has clover in it.

It just blinks on screen for like 2 sec before booting my windows directly. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do this but I can't seem to load clover. Anyone had similar issue?
