Apple Native Card Not Working? (FV-T919 Fenvi Wifi PCIe Card)

I bought this Fenvi FV-T919 Wifi + Bluetooth card because I wanted Bluetooth for my keyboard.

The wifi works on the card but the bluetooth does not. My hackintosh says "Bluetooth: Not Available".
