Creating bootable USB without a MAC (i have the .iso)

Hi

So i tried virtualbox to create the usb, i got osx running, but the mouse lags like crazy, and when i try to type a leter its copied like 15 times.

So if i want to make a bootable USB, how do i do it if i dont have a mac
