Hey everyone. Apologize if the question has been asked millions of times. I've searched everywhere no luck.
My current setup is:
Ryzen 5 3600X Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite Gigabyte 5500 XT 16GB ram
I'm trying to get a fresh install of Catalina using the AMD Vanilla guide and I'm going to be honest, having big trouble with Open Core. It is mainly the config.plist and the SDSTs. I found an EFI (https://forum.amd-osx.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=9805) folder that has a relatively similar setup to mine and that is what I've been trying to boot it up with. Sadly, no luck. I get stuck at a black screen with an underscore flashing over and over. The bootflag, agdpmod=pikera, is in the config.plist, but besides that, I'm at a loss.
Would appreciate any help. I'm trying to learn how to configure OpenCore properly, but I think I am just not absorbing the info properly. Definitely took UniBeast and Clover for granted.
