Sleep Issues on Gigabyte Z390 Designare

Hello everyone. This is my first post here, so I apologize in advance if I do anything stupid.

I've been running my custom built hackintosh for about a month now and I've been wrestling with fixing sleep issues for quite a while now. Everything else works, but I cannot get my computer to stay asleep no matter what I try. I've followed a lot of different guides and have tried a lot of different things in an attempt to fix the issue. I decided to look into my DSDT as recommended in "A Guide on Fixing Sleep Issues" (on InsanelyMac) and noticed that in all of the Method (_PRW, 0, NotSerialized) values in Return (GPRW... are not 0x09, 0x04. I was wondering if I should change all of these values to 0x09, 0x04 or if there is some method I must employ. I've also included a link to my pmset logs if someone would be willing to take a look at them and make sure I'm not missing something obvious before I start modifying my DSDT. I've also included my system DSDT dump, clover config, and all of the DSDTs provided by the Designare Z390 guide I followed (can't link it since it is on TMx86, but it can be found by searching "[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390"). As for other context, I have an Intel 9700K overclocked to 5Ghz, a Vega 56, and a Fenvi WiFi + Bluetooth Card.

I'm seriously out of ideas, so any help is appreciated. Don't be afraid to be technical in what I need to do either. I'm a senior CS student, so I'm not afraid of the command line or doing anything crazy to get this working. Also, if at all possible, it would be nice to keep powernap enabled, but if that simply isn't possible then I will concede my personal preference.

Thanks everyone!
