AR9565 Wireless + Bluetooth

So first I am going to say I got this working on Mojave, I want to get it working on Catalina, but everything I do doesn’t work. I can get Bluetooth working on both systems without installing kexts, I just have to warm boot from Windows, if there is any Bluetooth Firmware Uploader that works for AR9565 please link it. Now, I have moved all possible kexts over to Catalina from the working Mojave’s. But nothing. In system information under WiFi it says that CoreWLAN, CoreWLANKit and Menu Extra are 13 (null) while AirPort Utility is not installed, Diagnostics is 1.0 (910), and IO80211 Family is 12 (1200.12.12). I imagine the IO80211 doesn’t matter much because that is the kext from Mojave, just thought I’d include it just incase. I have tried every fix on the internet for Catalina. All help is appreciated.
