Does xcode and iOS emulator work smoothly inside Qemu/KVM hackintosh?

I'm planning to do hackintosh inside Qemu/KVM on Ubuntu 19. I couldn't find any videos on youtube about xcode running inside of it. Can someone confirm if it works? If so, does iOS emulation works fine? I'm planning to run it on Ryzen 5 3600 which should give a very good performance.
