Dual boot: how to hide windows drive from mounting in macOS?

I had windows set up on my first SSD, then set up my hackintosh on a second SSD. Everything works great, except I noticed the Windows drive shows up in macOS as "untitled" - is there any way to hide it so its not visible in macOS?

I'm on Catalina 10.15.3, AMD 2600X based system, using OpenCore
