VSCode not detecting iOS simulator on High Sierra

Hi! I managed to fix and run High Sierra on my Ryzen 5 2600 and 1070 machine. But Im also a Flutter dev. When running iOS Simulator, my VSCODE won't detect my iOS Simulator. it just shows that it failed to connect to the iOS simulator after 60 seconds. I used XCode 10.2 with minimum version requirements edited so that it will run on High Sierra (I cant download it from the AppStore since it requires 10.14 and Im at 1070 only)

After running some sudo command from the Terminal, it says Executable requirest atleast macOS 10.14 so i cant execute it.
