Any tutorial to install Hackintosh on a Virtual machine on Windows 10, without having a mac to take the installer file?

Hi guys,

It is possible to install Hackintosh on a Virtual Machine on Windows 10, without having a mac to take the os file?

Does somebody knows any tutorial?

All I find on google requires me to have a mac available.
