OC: Configuration requires vault but no vault provided!

MOBO: ASUS Prime b360m-a

GPU: Intel Graphics

Hello, I followed the guide for an Opencore Mojave Hackintosh and I keep getting stuck on a black screen that says "OC: Configuration requires vault but no vault provided!"

I have already gone into my config and changed Misc/Security/Vault to Optional and still no luck. I also set RequireVault=false and RequireSignature=false.

Is there anything that I am missing?
