Clover: show just one legacy drive and rename it

Once I selected 'Legacy' as an option in Clover Configurator: Gui -> Scan -> Legacy, I am now seeing four legacy drives on Clover.

One of these is 'Boot from Legacy HD3'. This boots into Windows 10.

How can I show only HD3, and rename it 'Windows 10'?
