Reddit,
I was sent over here by a friend of mine and have a significant interest in this subreddit. Sorry about my novice questions but here's what I'm looking to do. I wanna run Windows 10 Pro on my M.2 Drive and macOS Catalina on one of my remaining two TB HDDs.
Just built a new rig that has 3 hard drives including... roughly 2.5TB of memory.
a. WD Blue 3D NAND 500GB Internal PC SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s, M.2 2280 b. Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD Sata 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive c. Western Digital Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive
I'm running Windows 10 Pro on the WD Blue M.2 2280 and want to run macOS Catalina on either of the remaining drives. Is that possible to partition this way? And would I be able to dual boot both operating systems/switch between them? I dont want to run both Windows 10 Pro and macOS Catalina on the M.2 Drive since it doesnt have enough space. Plus the majority of my games are saved there.
Thanks in advance and any advice would help.
