Hi guys,
Strange one that has me stumped.
My SFF PC makes a very low pitched grumbling noise non-stop when I boot it up into Windows. This disappears immediately when I click shut down and am at the shutdown or restart screen. When I boot into Catalina this noise is not present whatsoever.
It seems like some kind of coil whine? Potentially from the PSU? Or GPU?
I have checked all of the fans and it is definitely not a fan noise.
Any ideas?
