Can I run this graphic card on 5,1 max tower?

Hey guys is this graphics card compatible with 5,1 mac tower “GIGABYTE GC-TITAN-RIDGE Thunderbolt3” I am not very experienced I am trying to upgrade the OS to Mojave.

Anyone that’s an expert can help please?
