EFI or tips for AORUS Z490 MASTER and a i9 10850k? My attempts have driven me to drink.

I’m trying to get the right open core settings and at the same time, resolve the issue with only using the iGPU. Been trying a Big Sur build but at this point, I’m thinking of trying Catalina if it means an easier ride.
