Ive upgraded my XPS 15 7590 to Big Sur, and the battery drains a little bit more than I like, and want to downgrade back to Catalina, but how do I permanently disable updates like one would on iOS by using AppleTV profile, as in what could I do to block updates and permanently shut off notifications?
