Razer blade 2020 pro 2070 maxq i7-10875h FHD 300hz

I am thinking about getting the model above. I wondered if anyone had a working opencore EFI?

Also:

1. Does sleep work in this model? From what I can see it doesn't
2. Do I need to modify the BIOS?
