Hackintosh Recognizes HP Display as Dell, Does Not Recognize Dell Display After OC 0.6.9 Update

Motherboard: ASRock Z390M Pro4
CPU: Intel Core i9 9900k
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz 32 GB
SSD: Samsung EVO 970 Pro 1 TB / Kingston A400 120 GB / Crucial BX500 480 GB
PSU: Corsair HX750
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120R
Wireless Card: Fenvi T919
OS: 10.14.6 Mojave
Displays: HP v27i / Dell P2314H
config.plist

Just updated OpenCore to 0.6.9 from 0.6.4 on my still fairly recent Hackintosh build that I have had running two displays: HP v27i as the primary over HDMI, Dell P2314H as secondary over DVI.

After the OC update on my primary Samsung SSD, only the HP display was outputting any video while the Dell was going into sleep mode. Display preferences show the computer recognizing only one of the two plugged-in displays-- the HP, which it is recognizing as the Dell. On first boot after initializing my new, Kingston SSD, both displays worked fine on 10.14.6 and 0.6.9, but the issue started on the second drive after a reboot.

HP v27i showing up in prefs as Dell P2314H, Dell does not output video, HP does not show up in prefs

Have attempted thus far:

  • Detect displays
  • NVRAM reset
  • Changing cabling
  • Mojave reinstall
  • Tidying up config.plist according to feedback from validation tools/resources

Would not have expected something like this to happen and am fairly stumped-- that, and I've been busy as hell lately and haven't had as much time as usual for research and troubleshooting. Ideas?
