How can I create a full, offline Big Sur installer?

I have some problems with wifi continuity that make using an online installer quite difficult. The only offline installer I'm aware of is the Hackintosh Zone installer, and that thing bricked the RTC on two of my computers (don't touch that thing with a 10 foot pole). How can I make an vanilla offline installer? I'm able to use macOS if needed.
