SSDT-RHUB not working with Usb 2.0

Hello there,
I am currently trying to map my usbs on my Dell Inspiron 5491. I had been following this guide and did as per it instructed. I also added SSDT-RHUB.aml because when I don't have my XHC1 renamed to XHC then my integrated webcam doesn't work. But once I included this SSDT then two of my three USB 2.0 on USB 3.1 port doesn't work.
Note: I have 3 USB 3.1 ports and have no 2.0 port in my laptop. And also that once I use SSDT-RHUB then USBMAP shows that I have 18 ports available and when I don't it only shows 9.

I suppose these two USB 3.1 needs further patching before it starts working with SSDT-RHUB.aml. However, I couldn't find any section as "Further Patching" in any of the forums.
