Can dual booting OC break USB ports??

Can dual booting OC break USB ports??

Quite a fix for me,

My laptop has 4 USB 3.0 ports which were all functional until 2/3 days back.

The 2 USB ports on the right side of the laptop are not functioning now(neither in macOS nor windows)

Earlier to this, while setting up the dual boot, all ports were operational.

I ran the HP UEFI check using the F2 key and the 2 ports showed up as non-functional when it asked me to plug in a usb device in respective ports.

Can this be because of OC ACPI Injection while dual booting??

This is perplexing because I'm at a loss of how to troubleshoot this.

A USB port test conducted on 18.05.2020 vs the one conducted today// Error Code=0x434
