Buying a graphics card for Hackintoshing, just making sure.

I'm about to buy a Vega 64, I have a fully working Hackintosh but I'm stuck on High Sierra as I have an Nvidia graphics card.

I'm fairly certain it will work, has anybody encountered any issues with the Radeon Vega 64 before?
