Ryzen cpu upgrade

Hi all need some help and was wondering if you guys can help. I have a ryzen 1600 hackingtosh all working perfect it's on OC 6.7, I just bought a ryzen 7 2700 cpu and was wondering can I just swop out the cpu or will I need to configure something before hand. Thanks
