EFI works on Catalina but not High Sierra

Hey guys, just had success installing macOS Catalina on a Dell Precision T1700 (I7 4770, GTX 750 Ti, 20GB of ram, SSD, HDD)

I'm using the latest version of OpenCore

After installing and getting through the headache of building my EFI for Catalina and installing it - I then realized that there would be no way to actually use my graphics card so I made a new USB installer for High Sierra instead.

When attempting to boot into the High Sierra I get a Kernel panic nearly immediately, yet my EFI has no problem booting my Catalina install.

Is there anything directly different I should have changed about my Catalina EFI to make work on the High Sierra Installer?

Thanks in advance, I tried searching all over for an answer but found nothing directly related to my issue, I'm not the type to ask the internet for help when immediately running into issues (solved a few different issues initially using this subreddit to get Catalina to install).
