Hackintosh Pentium M 740

I have an old laptop with a Pentium M 740 CPU. I would like to install something like macOS 10.4, 10.5, or 10.6 on it (preferably the most recent it can handle) but I'm kinda stuck.

I read I could install JaS 10.4.8 ISO but Rufus can't flash the ISO on a USB stick.

Does anyone know where to start? I have an i5 4460 hack which I use daily and works perfectly but I don't have any experience with such old hardware. I'm not expecting everything to work, wifi, Bluetooth, audio can all be broken. I just want it to boot a version of macOS.

So I have the ISO files that can be installed but I don't have a DVD I can write the ISO file to. So I want to install it with a USB stick. Rufus gives me an error when loading the ISO file. Other ISO flashing software also doesn't work on windows. I tried Etcher on my MacBook but that also didn't work (no bootable OS found error).
