Newbie approach to Bir Sur with NUC10i7FNH(2)

Hi all,
I own Intel NUC10i7FNH(2) and thought it'd be great to try macOS for the first time in my life, lol.
I followed this guide: https://github.com/hackintosh-efi/intel-nuc10 and didn't even manage to boot to cfg unlock

1. Find a USB flash drive, formatted as FAT32 partition.
2. Copy EFI files to the root of your USB drive, path will be /EFI
3. Reboot your nuc10, press F10, boot with the drive above.
4. Choose CFGLock Shell.efi, unlock CFG.
   

I followed this and all I got is an error saying I have no vault. I guess there are many steps missing, but I hoped that ready files from that repo will do the job. I also tried to find out what is missing by reading opencore guide, but I failed.
