R9 390 - issues on Big Sur

Hello,

Recently, I had decided to attempt installing MacOS Monterey on my PC. For reference (that I’ll use in the future), here’s my build:

CPU: i5-8400 @ 2.8GHz;
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 390; Non-X variant;
RAM: 4 x 4GB DDR4; 2133MHz, OCd to 2400MHz;
MB: Gigabyte B365M-DS3H;
M.2: Liteon CV3-8D128-HP;
SSD: Kingston SA400S37240G;
OS_V: Big Sur; 11.5.2

Before I had attempted the Monterey installation, my hackintosh was working just fine. GPU was fine, CPU temps/performance, etc. Had fully working hardware acceleration, all that.

However, when I had installed Monterey, my GPU suddenly stopped "working" as usual. No hardware acceleration, inverted colours, but all 8GB was still shown, as if it was spoofed. I had thought it was maybe the connector I was using - however, it turned out that it wasn’t. Even switching to DP/DVI didn’t help/resolve the issue at hand.

So, I thought Monterey might’ve dropped support for my GPU’s X-variant (which it was spoofed to), and I decided to reinstall back to Big Sur (I am currently using Big Sur).After successfully freshly installing Big Sur, the GPU was still not working properly. Inverted colours, no hardware acceleration - but still all 8GB of VRAM being detected.

I’ve tried completely re-doing my EFI according to the guide; latest kexts (except for Realtek8111, I use v2.2.2), re-configuring BIOS, resetting NVRAM, using both iMac19,1 and MacPro7,1 SMBIOS (since HW acceleration was activated on MacPro7,1 for me.)

Though, nothing has changed. It’s very frustrating and I have no idea what might be wrong.Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
