Very slow boot on SSD (3 minutes)

It's 3 full minutes at the Apple logo screen. An installation of Windows on the same drive is ready in 5 seconds.

I'd like to take a look at what goes on behind the scenes at the Apple logo screen with the loading bar. How could I do that? (Clover).
