(Dortania doesnt cover it) Can you run MacOS on unsupported CPU (and iGPU) with QE/CI? Why?

Okay before everyone get angry i note this : dortania doesnt covers it

Well as you know we have kernel -> emulate that works for spoofing unsupported CPUs. The question is : how? and can you do the same thing for unsupported (i)GPU? where and how can i do it?
