[Help] Is there an offline BaseSystem.dmg for High Sierra?

I finally found a system that would work with it except it has no WiFi and I cannot use ethernet (its a desktop and my room has nothing equipped except sockets) I got the recovery DMG to boot but it cant contact the servers obviously. Is there a fully offline one I can boot with OpenCore?
