My PC doesn't start the EFI file

Hi, I created a bootable USB key to install Mac OS on my PC. I selected the EFI folder corresponding to a 'Skylake' processor. However, when I start my PC by selecting the USB key, only a black screen appears. I would be very grateful if someone could help me!
