Touchscreen Macbook Pro apple never made: DELL 5290 2 IN 1 ( OPENCORE )

Using (OPENCORE) i Successfully Dualbooting windows 11 and MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 ( bigsur, Monterey working too)

Mostly everything works, EXCEPT camera ( no kext available), i didn't care to fix card reader nor 4g sim modem, usb type C tho it works as HDMI output to external monitor, i can't use it as a usb port to connect anything (usb stick,hdd....)

But it's working as it should as a daily driver
