I recently updated the Ventura version on my Mac Mini and updated the root patches. When the mac went to restart, it got stuck 1/3rd of the way through the loading bar and wouldn't go any further. I’m unfamiliar with what possible options might fix this issue so I appreciate any help or suggestions.
