Internet doesn't work in High Sierra Recovery

Hi, I tried to hackintosh my T420s and it works but the only problem I have is that Wifi/Ethernet doesn't work. My wifi card is the Centrino Advanced-N 6205 and my ethernet card is the Intel 82579LM. And yes I did try to ping www.google.com but it just gave me "ping: cannot resolve www.google.com: Unkown host" . Help
