Console boot analysis

I have found that my boot times are really extended and it is after opencore verbose the verbose part is quick it is when thew screen changes to the apple logo and it bogs down as the progress bars just slows to a crawl. It takes like 2 minutes from the apple logo progress bar to complete the boot. I am not familiar with how to analyze console to see what the sticking point or points are, can anyone green anything from my issue and enlighten me? Thanks a lot appreciate any info. Over time as I have had different boot issues it is usually because as I have tried to use betas of macOS I have had to change smbios or look for drivers that apple has discontinued the hardware and we have to get stuff from GitHub, but it isn't drivers or smbios I just don't know how to analyze the console or what commands or filters to use etc to get specific helpful information or focus to isolate to research Thanks!
