[Help] 2012 15” an error occurred while preparing update

Hi, I’m trying to install bigsur or ventura on my MBP 2012 15” non-retina,

Opencore is installed properly on the system and I get a picker but can’t install either os,

It gives me the mentioned error, and I can’t find anything in the troubleshooting guide
