How can I restore Time Machine backup after initial setup?

Hi everyone. Here’s my experience with installing macOS Sonoma on MBP Mid-2015, never used OCLP before.

I performed a clean installation and proceeded to restore data from my Monterey backup. Everything went well until it required me to reboot at the end. The issue was that the OS was stuck in a boot loop. After waiting for half an hour, I chose to begin again. I wiped my internal SSD once more and figured I would restore my data after applying OCLP patches. This time, the machine did not get into a boot loop, but I can’t seem to find how to restore my data since Time Machine lacked that option for some reason. I attempted to Google my way out, but I came up empty.

Could you please help me out? I think there is something I’m overlooking here. Thank you and have a great day.
