Need help with my EFI setup, couldn't get past kernel panic

CPU: i7-8665U

GPU: Intel UHD 620

RAM: 16GB

Motherboard/Laptop model: Dell Latitude 5300

Wifi/BT Card: Intel Wi-Fi AC9560

What guide/tool I followed: Opencore v0.9.5

I've been trying to get past the kernel panic and basically now I'm stumped.

I followed OpenCore's vanilla guide and i'm stuck here for the past few days
