Remote Management of Macbook with fresh OCLP install

Remote Management of Macbook with fresh OCLP install

Macbook Pro Retina Early 2015OCLP 1.0.1 Ventura

I am trying to install OCLP Ventura with a newly installed Samsung 970 EVO 2tb SSD and a Sintech M2 adaptor. After erasing the HD with Disk Utility my USB runs through the install process and when I am setting up the Mac account, on the 4th window, if I enable the wifi, it shows:

"Remote Management. Remote management enables the administrator of Zillow Group, Inc to set up email and network accounts, install and configure apps, and manage this computer's settings. Zillow Group, Inc can automatically configure your computer."

This is alarming to say the least. I have tried wiping and reinstalling a few times, also with a different USB and I get the same result. I got through the installation without that message by installing without wifi, but I want to figure out where it is coming from, and it has notifications about the remote management when logged. I have had this Macbook since 2018 and I bought it from someone I know who bought it new. I really seriously doubt this laptop is stolen from ZillowGroup based on who I bought it from.

I was running OCLP and Ventura for the past month, as an upgrade in place on the old hard drive. Is there a possibility that the M2 adaptor is remote controlled or has something embedded to cause this? Is this an attack from someone who has broken into my internal network? Is this something imbedded somehow in the firmware of my macbook? Or could it possibly be coming from OCLP?

I put the original hard drive back in, and I don't get any warnings of Device Enrollment Program or Remote Management. I suppose I will try a normal non-OCLP install of Monterey to the new SSD and see if I get the same issue.

Any advice much appreciated
