Can only boot using flash drive loader

I installed OCLP tonight, and can’t seem to get it to install the boot loader to the internal SSD. Every time I boot up it asks me if I want to add it to my internal SSD but that doesn’t work. In the attached image I have three options: right, boot off flash drive, middle, boot into Windows bootcamp partition, left, get Apple 🚫 boot error. How can I get this to work?
