First time doing anything like this

First time doing anything like this - need advice.

I'm completely new to this and interested in getting sonoma on my pc (i7-3770, rtx 2060) and according to the sonoma compatibility post i would need to do some things to make it work, and i don't exactly know how to (what am i supposed to do with the .kext? how do i go about making my gpu work with oclp?)
