[SUCCESS] 13700k Gigabyte Z790 UD AX RX 580 build

After trying the official Opencore guides (fail), and trying the EFI folders of people with similar (but different) builds (think Z690 instead of z790, or 12400 instead of 13700k, or UD AC instead of UD AX etc), which also failed, it finally worked with this

(although I also disabled secure boot, which that guide doesnt mention)

Geekbench seems a little low though
